RIVERA, apartment houses in Jūrmala

Rivera is the name of two new high-standard apartment houses located at Tīklu Street, Jūrmala. One of the houses (4/5 floors including an attic floor) contains 50 apartments; another house (4 floors) contains 25 apartments. Areas of apartments are from 46.1 m² up to 330.6 m²(two-level apartments).

 

Rivera is created by an experienced team of architects and builders, combining beautiful visual appearance with technical solutions of highest quality. The highest comfort level will be ensured to inhabitants of Rivera. The project developer has made every effort in order to provide possibility to the inhabitants to enjoy the beautiful view and the nature and forget about trivial daily things: both houses are equipped with panorama elevators and have underground parking places, from which you can reach your level by elevator.
