Mārsili 2, village

Location
 
The Mārsili 2 village is located at the Mazais Baltezers Lake, side by side of the already realised village Mārsili 1 where erection of private houses is intensively continuing. Nice and tall pine-trees are growing in the territory of the new village so that you will feel as in a park. The lay of this location is hilly, which provides possibility to realize your wishes and dreams both in design of the house and in making the landscape around it. The village will adapt itself to the environment supplementing it and not interfering with the ecology. Mārsili 2 is located 2 km from the highway A1 Riga - Tallinn, in the vicinity of "Alderi", an inhabited village. It means that the public transport is close to your home – the bus stop is 500 m from the village so that the children’s way to school will be fast and easy. Proximity to the water, a pine-tree forest – in fact, it is a perfect place to build a private house!
 
Land
 
The Mārsili 2 village consists of 53 building plots or area from 1300 to 3200 m². PRICE IS ONLY 35 EUR/m²!!! A client purchasing a land plot does not purchase a part of the road or the land containing connection parts of unused communications so that the client may erect a fence just along the borders of the land plot measured out to this client.
 
Houses
 
Unlike other private house villages, a buyer must not select one of 4-5 designs of already finished houses; each client buys a building plot and erects his/her OWN house! A solution is offered to each client as far as designing and construction of the house is concerned:
  • an architect who is especially engaged in this project.
  • a construction company which will offer you already developed proposals of constructions costs for standard designs (for example: Finndomo, Honka etc.)
An individual design is, of course, possible; this design should be agreed with the village architect and the project developer.
 
Financing
 
The consultants of Arco Real Estate will offer also financial brokerage services:
A financing (based upon the client’s requirements: the bank where the client is maintaining accounts; client’s residence, attitude to credit institutions) from various Latvian credit institutions will be offered to each potential customer.
To save the client’s time, full transaction administration – from entering into preliminary purchase agreement to registration in the Land Register – will be offered to each client.
The consultants will provide assistance in transfer of an existing real property owned by a client to a bank in form of the first payment, and in sale of this property after moving to Mārsili.
In addition, a consultant for conclusion of a construction contract will be offered to each client.
