The building plots are completely provided with the engineering systems: water, electric power supply, illumination throughout the territory, asphalted roads, sewerage, and gas supply. The engineering systems are laid down up to the borders of each land plot. A gas supply line provides possibility to select the economical gas heating. The project with all engineering systems is done and put into operation since June 2008. |
